ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing and Shipping Policy 

Please note creation time varies with each item. Processing times include creation times and cure times (if applicable). Creation times vary on the complexity of the design.

Our turnaround time is 7-20 business days (*NOT including transit time*), but we strive to have orders processed & completed earlier than the above quoted timeframe. During holiday rush times, turnaround time is subject to change.

For custom orders: once design(s) have been approved and order processing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changes can not be made. 

If an order is requested to be completed within 1-3 business days (not including transit time), a Rush Fee will be added to each item in the order (Rush Fee will be determined based on nature of requested item[s]). 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

PICK-UP

You can skip having to pay shipping fees with local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared, and we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Pickup hours vary and you must have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not offer International Shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

A. Renee Creation$ not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. 

A. Renee Creation$ is not responsible for any shipping carrier errors. Once tracking number has been provided and items have been handed off to the shipping carrier service, we are not responsible for any shipping carrier errors, delays or damages. It will be the customers responsibility to dispute with shipping carrier.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

Damages and Issues

We ensure the quality of each item before shipment is initiated. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe your package was damaged during transit, we require you contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will work diligently to achieve a satisfactory solution. 

Payment indicates agreement with all terms and conditions.
